Description

There is currently no way to pass EC2 region to the EC2 VMM driver.
As a result, only the US region (us-east-1) is possible to use, and users cannot deploy
VMs in the european EC2 region (eu-west-1).

All ec2-*-instances commands accepts the "--region" flag.
This affect the deploy, shutdown, cancel and poll
ONE actions
