revisit the qemu.conf configuration for kvm

Description
At the moment the recommended qemu.conf for kvm is the following (from the kvm guide):
$ grep -vE '^($|#)' /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf user = "oneadmin" group = "oneadmin" dynamic_ownership = 0
However Matthew Patton suggests this not the correct thing to since it's against distribution defaults. See this thread.

I strongly agree with Matthew. Opennebula should be made as not intrusive as possible. To change the "user" and "group" of qemu's VM prevents other Unix users to use qemu/libvirt (or at least the should be added to the oneadmin group which make little sense if they are not related to Opennebula at all).
