Description
Instead of
[TemplateInstantiate] Error allocating a new virtual machine. Image tty does not exist for user 8
It should say something like 'Image named tty with owner 8 does not exist'.

Similar problem with $FILES keyword in context:
"[TemplateInstantiate] Error allocating a new virtual machine.
Error parsing: $FILE[IMAGE="test"].
Cannot get image (check name/ID or try IMAGE_UNAME or IMAGE_UID)."
