Description

If you specify an SCHED_REQUIREMENT to deploy the vm in a given host of a cluster. This AUTOMATIC_REQUIREMENTS will be generated:
AUTOMATIC_REQUIREMENTS="CLUSTER_ID = 100"

If the given cluster has no system datastore, the only info that the user receives is the following:
SCHED_MESSAGE="Thu Nov 7 12:34:05 2013 : No system datastore meets SCHED_DS_REQUIREMENTS"

but there is no SCHED_DS_REQUIREMENTS in the vm.
