Automatically remove orphan entries from quota section

Description
The quotas of a deleted resource (such as the vnet, image, datastore) are not automatically cleaned in quota section of Sunstone.It remains as orphan entries, It would be good to automatic clean-up of those entries or a manual remove button would also be just fine.
