Description

The drivers could need to send log info to the core that is not associated to any VM. The core should handle LOG messages in the form:

LOG - - INFO

In this ticket we will also review the drivers not to log in STDERR

Only the core part is missing, with the new driver library STDERR is no longer used

The support in OpenNebula core was added in #367. To close this ticket we need to check that there are no STDERR logs left in the drivers.
