Description

Re-write the EC2 driver to use the new libraries, and the new XML method. The work in this ticket include:
  • New EC2 driver using the VirtualMachineDriver
  • Use the new generic XML driver
  • Load defaults, using a XML document
  • Update documentation

The development part of the ticket was done in r366 r365 r359, the documentation needs to be updated, though
