Description

ONE is missing support for defining volumes without any pre-initialized filesystem and not as a clone of other volume.

the use case for this option is to define machine as a instalation testing playground, booting from installation cd and with more blank disks. it is possible to define fs type ext3 and then reformat it with installation, but the filesystem creation is unnecessarily at the time of volume creation.
