Affected Versions:OpenNebula 4.8

Description

Hi,

Since 4.8, we are getting

Please select one (and just one) template to instantiate.

error message when trying to instantiate multiple templates at a time.
It looks like a regression introduced by the following revisions:
http://dev.opennebula.org/projects/opennebula/repository/revisions/ccbb0e7d82040c2d78a115300596e9b23e1245ae

Is it planned to have this feature back at some time ?

Thanks,

Laurent

We lost this feature when the user inputs were implemented. The problem is that the templates may have user inputs and this will need to ask for them for each VM. As multiple instantiation of the same VM Template does not make sense with user inputs (as you'd need to input the data one by one) we are going to get the issue back for the next maintenance release.

Thanks for your feedback
