In hostshares : hsid --> hid

In hostpool : host_name --> hostname

More changes:

vmpool

oid --> vid
      template --> template_id

vm_template

id --> template_id

oid   --> vid
      vmmad --> vm_mad
      tmmad --> tm_mad

host_attributes

id --> hid

Also get rid of unneeded values:

vmpool --> get rid of aid,tid,uid,priority,reschedule, last_reschedule

hostpool --> managed

Table renaming:

vm_template     --> vm_attributes
  vmpool          --> vm_pool
  hostpool        --> host_pool
  hostshares     -->  host_shares
