dropdown menu for selecting main group for users does not update correctly until you hit reset button

Description
When you create a group, then you go for create a user
and want to add that user to the newly created group
you won't find the group in the drop down menu for "primary group",
not even if you hit the "refresh" button to the group list (it updates the secondary groups list but not the dropdown)
workaround: when you hit "reset" button in the user creation form the entry in dropdown will show up.
