Description
In addition to the static library OpenNebula provides, there should also be a shared library. I tried simply adding it to the appropriate SConstruct file, but it lacked a SONAME, didn't create the proper versioning symlinks, etc. and I wasn't sure how to attack this.
Without this, we can't ship the libvirt one driver in Ubuntu.

The fixes are now in trunk and the 1.2 branch. The changesets for this are r318 and r320 - r321.
