Script taking too long when Updating a template

Description
When I update a template (4.14 beta 1) in firefox (39.0) I get a "script taking too long message" three times (three different scripts). Firefox is consuming loads of CPU as well. After a minute or two and clicking "continue" I will finally get the dialog (see also attachment).

There are changes in master that address this, the next beta should have it fixed.
I'll leave the ticket open to double check before the final release.
