Description
OpenNebula makes a network public if it is owned by oneadmin, this somehow limit the possibilities of public and private cloud settings. This feature will:
- Add a publish/unpublish command for onevnet
- Update the CLI accordingly
- Add a new XML-RPC method
- Change the VirtualNetwork and VirtualNetworkPool classes in the core to support the new functionality
