A VM disk detach leaves Images to be saved-as in LOCKED state

Description
If a disk is using a persistent Image, it is set to READY when the disk is detached.
But if the disk is going to be saved to a new image (deferred disk snapshot), the Image is left in the locked state. Since the disk element is deleted from the VM, the Image is not set to ready neither when the VM is shut down.
