Sunstone views: list of views for the group wizard are tied to the views that the logged user can use.

Description
The new group wizard should present the list of all the yaml views in /etc/one/sunstone-views, instead it uses the list of the views that the users is allowed to use.

The dialog pulls the information from the file instead of the calculated available views
