Description
The group admin dashboard uses -1 as end-time, and that ends in the graph as "today at now". The default date for the "get accounting" button is also today, but it is translated to "today at 00:00:00".
Maybe we should change the meaning of the end date to mean the range [start,end] instead of the current [start,end).
Should the oneacct -e option be changed too?
