Description

Setting RESOURCE_POOL attribute in host, makes OpenNebula request resources from that poo, and thus limits the permissions needed by the OpenNebula user in vCenter.

Attached patch modified from Sebastiaan Smit <> proposed code.

Tested and added code in the repository

Need documentation on how to create user with access to RP and permissions to deploy:

- create user
- give resource pool admin on datacenter
- add resource pool admin (or equivalent) to datastore

Use of VCENTER_RESOURCE_POOL var on host (needs solving #3766)
