Hello,
Using OpenNebula 4.14.2, the cloud view fit more our needs, thanks to #3414.
Is it possible to add the DELETE-RECREATE action?

No, it is not possible right now using the yaml files. It would require some code.

Does not apply anymore.
Delete --recreate was deprecated. The new recover --recreate is an admin action, and it does not fit in the cloud view.
