[VirtualNetworkReserve] No VN_MAD in template for Virtual Network.

For existing virtual networks the VN_MAD attribute should be added during migration. At least in one case this did not happen and a "[VirtualNetworkReserve] No VN_MAD in template for Virtual Network." error is given when a IP allocation is done.
