Description
- Cardinality change throws an error: incompatible character encodings: ASCII-8BIT and UTF-8
- New service shows NaN cost when the cardinality is changed, and the template does not have a cost
- There is a button 'create a new service' that appears after a search with 0 results, and does nothing
