Support storage migrations for datastores that store the data in the image datastores

Description
In the case of Datastores like Ceph, the data is in reality kept in the image datastore. There is currently no way to migrate the data to another datastore.
An alternative would be to provide a manual procedure to migrate the data and a mechanism to edit the DISK section of the VMs in order to use the new storage
