* **This could be also implemented in the TM driver**
* create a migrator to change all the FILES datastores
* change the DB bootstrap to add NO_DECOMPRESS = yes to the FILES datastore
* add this by default either in core or in sunstone & cli for new FILES datastores
* change the driver so it's more permissive: (accepts YES, yes, y, Y...) -OR- document the valid options in documentation
