Description
- This could be also implemented in the TM driver
- create a migrator to change all the FILES datastores
- change the DB bootstrap to add NO_DECOMPRESS = yes to the FILES datastore
- add this by default either in core or in sunstone & cli for new FILES datastores
- change the driver so it's more permissive: (accepts YES, yes, y, Y...)
