Description

$ onevm create --memory 128 --cpu 1 --disk aa --network 0
[VirtualMachineAllocate] Error allocating a new virtual machine. User 0 does not own a network with name: 0 . Set NETWORK_UNAME or NETWORK_UID of owner in NIC.
