In Sunstone VM delete button should be changed to cancel

Description

Delete should only be used by administrators as a hammer when something goes awry. This button should not be the easier one to push, it may even be hidden for non administrators.

In 4.0 it is not a first level button, and it is grouped inside the garbage bin icon.
