By Fabian Arrotin's feedback on IRC:

hey jaime .. i was trying to setup a new opennebula private cloud, and it seems the init script for opennebula-3.9.80-0.4.x86_64 isn't returning the status
i checked the init script and my (quick) understanding is that $prog should be oned and not opennebula, otherwise a 'service opennebula status' returns opennebula dead but subsys locked

this should be fixed for the final release
