Description
I'm requesting a "onehost rebalance" command. A onehost re-balance would reschedule vm's among the available hypervisors to (re-)balance the load according to "DEFAULT_SCHED" policy.
It would supplement the "onehost enable" and "onehost flush" commands. If "DEFAULT_SCHED" is either "striping" or "load-aware" the hypervisor is put into action with minimum effort (manual rescheduling of vm's).

Hi,
That's what onevm resched does, although just for a single VM. I think it will fit your use case if you trigger it for all the running VMs.

onehost flush, sets this flag for all the VMs running on the host; so it seems we've this already
