Integrate OneGate and OneFlow, so VMs can pull/push info about their Service

Description
The TOKEN approach could be replicated in OneFlow. This way VMs in a Service could get information about the other VMs.
VMs could also push information to the Service, to be consumed later by other VMs or other components.
