Process VMs reported as lost by the host im_mad drivers

Description
The Information Manager Driver can report lost VMs, but we don't process those. Instead, the core will trigger an individual VM poll.
We could simply process a lost VM as STATE='-', and update the VM last poll time to avoid the individual poll action.
