Description
Improve the RPM packaging of OpenNebula to conform EPEL packaging rules.
Also it could be useful to split server-node packages to adjust node dependencies and make a chkconfig compatible version of one script.(requested by Charles Loomis, from StratusLab).

We're in the process of including OpenNebula in Fedora, and as such, it must conform to the EPEL packaging guidelines.
