Wrong format by default in the fields "Start time" and "End time" to get the Accounting for an user

Description
Hello,
I was trying to check how to get the accounting for an user and the information displayed and I realized that when you select the accounting for an user you get the "Start time" and "End time" by default in the following format "2015-04-01", but it is a wrong format since if you click on "Get accounting", you get the following error "Time range end is not a valid date. It must be YYYY/MM/DD". Therefore is necessary to change the "-" by the "/" and put the "Start time" and "End time" in the following format "2015/04/01".
