Description

Delete of a VM is considered an admin operation to deal with failed/unrecoverable VMs. This issue is to deprecate the operation and expose it in a better way, for example as a recovery type:

 onevm recover [--success | --retry | --failure | --delete ] <vm_id>

feature #3801, bug #3775: Delete operation is now under the recover
interface for admin. New terminate operation can be used in any "final"
state for end-users.
