In Sunstone, provide the Name of instances, and templates when confirming delete

Description
In Sunstone, when you request to delete a template it gives you the numeric ID of the template but does not provide the name when asking to confirm you want to delete it. This would be useful.
The same applies to deleting virtual machines.
