Description
The package that provides mysqldump should be added as a dependency to the opennebula-server package. Otherwise, if the mysql DB is in a remote maichine it will fail.

mysql
clients are not needed for OpenNebula to run. Also it would install extra packages even if you use sqlite.
A metapackage that installs mysql dependencies could me a better approach.
