Template editing wizard don't save value changed for SUNSTONE_CAPACITY_SELECT and SUNSTONE_NETWORK_SELECT

Description
I have an old template with those values set as YES, but when I try to change value to NO (by checking Do not allow to change capacity and Do not allow to modify network configuration), then nothing changes in template after pushing Update.
