Description
With at least contextualization, with an EC2 wrapper script in user data that fires both user data and contextualization that makes sense in EC2 (ie not network)

Improve IM driver with threads, to alleviate multiple cloudwatch calls for instance. Maybe use a generic mechanism for all IM drivers that monitor individual VMs

Improve Host Management to:
- include configuration attributes through host template: credentials, capacity…
- drivers needs to access host template to get configuration information that can be updated
