Description
All the tabs are named as 'users-tab', and their tabId.js file contains that same name 'users-tab'.
The oneflow tabs are not consistent with this, we have 'oneflow-services-tab' with tabId.js contents: 'oneflow-services'
This was the reason for the revert d09d1d37
