VM control operations are not visiible when using firefox and sunstone in "dev" mode(while they are visible using chrome).

Description
When Sunstone is put into "dev" mode aka non-minified js, the VM control operations are not visible (the whole row of buttons is not present). In Chrome Sunstone "dev" mode just works fine. See also #4580

It is working fine for us. What is your exact firefox version? Do you have any extension that may be blocking the content?
