Description

PCI devices cannot get a network address from OpenNebula as it requires a NIC element. This issue is to request a generic ADDRESS from OpenNebula and attach it to a PCI pass-through interface. Additionally this issue may require to tune the network drivers to set the specific MAC address to the PCI interface and/or VLAN tags
