Sunstone may refresh the current VM view with the first ID digit

Description
After a successful action (confirmed with vm resume, could affect others) the individual view may be refreshed with the first digit of the current object ID.
For example: for VM 123, a refresh with ID 1 will be made.

This applies to images too:
- Select a disk image
- Disable the image
[ImageInfo] Error getting image [1].
But the image ID is 12731

The commit in the repo fixes this too, there were problems in the common code shared by many actions.
