Description
This will be supported for cluster and host templates.Example of valid values:
RESERVED_CPU=-250 RESERVED_CPU=50% RESERVED_MEM=10240 RESERVED_MEM=-25%
This issue is also to expose these values in a more intuitive way in Sunstone
