In the documentation page http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.0:ganglia
Says that the VM_MAD should be modified to: arguments = "-t 15 -r 0 kvm -p poll_ganglia",
Don't works for me.
Every machine fails after BOOT with error getting driver vmm_kvm
Seems helping changing to: arguments = "-t 15 -r 0 kvm -l poll=poll_ganglia",

You are right, we've changed the way to specify local actions but failed to modify the documentation accordingly. This is changed for both 3.0 and 3.2.
