Make xen vmm more resilient on credit scheduler errors

Description
Roberto Giordani notices that in xen version 4.1 the command to manage the credit scheduler is sched-credit instead of sched-cred. This should be stated in the documentation. The driver should also give a warning when the command is not found and continues as this is not a fatal error.

Fixed the script so it does not give error when the credit scheduler command is not found and added a note to the documentation
