kvm migrate with iscsi does not perform volume login first

Description
When performing a kvm live migration the migrate command does not login the volume firt (i.e. $SUDO $(iscsiadm_discovery "$TARGET_HOST") $SUDO $(iscsiadm_login "$IQN" "$TARGET_HOST" as per /var/lib/one/remotes/tm/iscsi/ln) therefore if the volume is non already logged in migration fails.
If devs could point me where to look in the code I'll be happy to assist.
