Description

For instance, if you try to resume a VM in poweroff, the error message says:

[VirtualMachineAction] Wrong state to perform action

It could be something like

[VirtualMachineAction] Wrong state to perform action "resume". For the current state "poweroff" you can only execute "restart" or "delete"
