Description
Let's say 2 pending VMs have
RANK=FREEMEM
And 2 hosts, with 100 and 1 free GBs
The first VM is sent to the host with 100 free GBs, but because the default sched.conf file has MAX_HOST set to 1, the second VM is sent to the Host with 1 free GBs.
