Add JSON template rendering for deployment.0 files

Description
Currently there are three deployment file formats, that translate the generic VM template:
- KVM generates a libvirt XML file
- Xen generates a domain config file
- xml simply dumps the template contents in XML format
This issue is to implement a json type. to dump the template in JSON format instead of XML
