Description

It should be possible to set userdata and keypair when instantiating a vm from sunstone and self-service.
This variables allow customization of machine at runtime, without requiring the users to create/define new templates.
For some installations, it is desired that only a snigle admin-based catalog is available, and no users get permission to create their templates. Also, not everyone is familiar to the CLI tools, and prefer GUI.

I propose the following:
- When a users selects a template inside the "New" popup, the existance of EC2_USER_DATA and EC2_KEYPAIR inside context is checked
- If the values are present, a text field for userdata and a drop down for keypair is shown
