Add 'status' to the CentOS init scripts

Description
As per Simon Mudd's contribution (http://lists.opennebula.org/pipermail/users-opennebula.org/2013-January/021468.html) it would be nice to add the 'status' command to the init scripts.
However the patch was created on top of "share/scripts/one" but the current init scripts used for CentOS packages are located in "share/pkgs/CentOS", so the patch needs to be recreated.

Fixed
